It’s incredibly common for us to install residential elevators so that our clients are able to age in place. In this wonderful horse farm property in Oakton VA, this was certainly the case—the client even joked that they had planned to stay “until they take us out in a box!” Humor aside, this particular property owner had no current physical need for a home elevator but was planning ahead for their future.
