Focusing solely on private residence elevators and lifts, we specialize in standard maintenance packages comprising safety checks, preventive maintenance, and code compliance. We don’t offer commercial or multi-family sales service.
Our skilled technicians ensure the continuous safety and security of your elevator. Additionally, we provide annual maintenance plans to proactively address potential issues, enhancing functionality and ensuring smoother, faster rides for users.

We do not provide service after hours or during the weekend. If you’re experiencing an emergency, such as being stuck inside the elevator, you should call your local fire department for trained extraction.
Safety Notice
Any standard elevator with a door gap issue, as depicted & described below, must resolve this safety issue as a condition of Signature Elevators & Accessible Design entering into an Annual Maintenance Agreement.
